BLOCKING: RELATIVITY PART 3
Continuing the relativity study series, I wanted to dig deeper into a concept I found while researching anime and cartoons. It’s when the camera relativity shifts from a steady subject to the energy source they are emitting. It creates the illusion of the energy source pushing the camera away with cause and effect, making the energy source feel more powerful.
An example from the “X-Men” animated series’ Japanese intro.
Example from My Hero Academia: Two Heroes.
Lastly an example from Infinity War.
