The Struzan contrast studies continue! In this study, I wanted to look at a common Struzan motif: Eclipses. Eclipses are a bold composition element because they are a: light flare over a dark circle over a backlight glow over a darker background. The many layers of contrast draw the eye and offer an opportunity to add a flare:
